Mile-Hi Fire Apparatus, Inc. has been serving the fire community since 1978. The ownership is shared by Sharon Sells and Jeannie Schneiderwent. Customer service is regarded as our number one priority and we continue to implement improvements toward that respect. Mile-Hi Fire Apparatus, Inc. is licensed as a Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer.
Our state of the art service facility is manned by professional, ASE and EVT certified technicians. The facility consists of drive through, free span bays. Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We provide our customers with 24-hour emergency telephone service.

Sharon Sells
President
Sharon is an owner and dealer principle of Mile-Hi Fire Apparatus. She has more than 35 years of industry-related experience and oversees the strategic direction of the company as well as everyday operations and sales of apparatus. Sharon began with the company in 1979. Sharon has been invited to participate in many manufacturers’ processes; from committees on apparatus bidding programs, a member of a Dealer Advisory Council, participating in lean processes kaizens to achieving a Dealer of the Year award.

Jeannie Schneiderwent
Vice President
Jeannie came on board with the company in 2008. She is also an owner and dealer principle and brings not only her knowledge and experience but also a different array to Mile-Hi Fire Apparatus. Jeannie has a background in wildland firefighting and manufacturing of wildland apparatus. Jeannie oversees all aspects of parts and warranty, in addition to sales of apparatus. She is highly active in supporting the Colorado Emergency Vehicle Technicians Association and currently serves as Vendor Coordinator.

Kevin Sweeney
Instructor/Trainer
Kevin is a retired Division Chief of Operations/Fleet Division from North Metro Fire Rescue District. His responsibilities at the department included the entire fleet of apparatus. He oversaw the NMFR maintenance shop as well as the acquisition of all new apparatus. This background is instrumental to his understanding of fire apparatus, both mechanical and operational, and makes him an excellent educator. Kevin has been involved in teaching many types of classes including courses at the Colorado Fire Chief’s Leadership Challenge conferences.

Tim Schneiderwent
Consultant
Tim was previously Service Manager for Mile-Hi Fire Apparatus for over 12 years and his responsibilities included all warranty and service issues. He continues to support the company today as a consultant. His extensive knowledge and expertise is a very important aspect of our company and customer service. He is highly active in supporting the Colorado Emergency Vehicle Technicians Association and currently serves as Treasurer.
